Delivery Options and Charges
Standard UK: £3.75 within 3 to 5 days
(Royal Mail/ Business Post)
Next Day UK*: £7.50 Next day for orders placed before 1pm**
No delivery at weekends and Scottish bank holidays
Orders over £50: Free delivery within 3 to 5 days
*Next day delivery orders are sent out by business post and require a signature so please use an address where there will be someone to sign for the package. Out of the Blue does not take responsibility for delays once items have left our store.
**Orders received after 1pm will not be dispatched until the following day. At present, we are unable to dispatch orders online for outside the UK, but if you wish to email us we will do our best to quote you a postage price.
If your goods are returned to us due to no one being available to receive the delivery we can arrange a redelivery according to our standard delivery charges. If the order is subsequently cancelled we cannot refund any delivery charges.
Christmas deliveries
To ensure that your order arrives in time for Christmas, all orders must be placed by midday, 14th December for standard UK delivery and by midday, 18th December for next day UK delivery.
Please ensure that there will be someone at the delivery address to receive your order if there is a signature required. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We hope that your order will be just what you wanted, but if you change your
mind you can return your order within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
Please email us within 7 days to obtain an authorisation number. Any
unwanted items are returned at your own cost.
We recommend you return items by secure postage i.e. recorded or special
delivery, as we will not be responsible for any returned items lost in
transit.
Please note, the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
We will confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for this.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, unopened, with all tags and labels still attached and in a re-saleable condition.
Damaged/ Faulty goods
If you receive damaged/faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge)
Please call us on 0131 446 9900 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to return the goods to us.
Faulty/ damaged goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.
